We can accommodate up to 90 guests. We offer seating for 45 guests indoors and 45 guests outdoors.

At this time, we do not cater food. However, we will be happy to coordinate food delivery with a company of your choice and provide access to the studio.

 

Absolutely! You can bring your food and alcohol/non-alcoholic beverages without additional fees.

Certainly! We will happily provide a list of local caterers, or you can choose your own. Please get in touch with us if you plan on having a food truck on-site for your event.

Studio 4980 offers a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, electric tea kettle, beverage cooler, and beverage buckets. We are happy to accommodate requests for additional equipment with a 7-day advance notice.

Our event package includes both setup and cleanup times. You can select between 3, 4, or 5-hour rentals or inquire about full-day rental fees. Additional time may be added to your event, if available, 60 days before your event on an hourly basis.

Guests must dispose of all décors, food, and party items at the end of the event and leave the space, including the table setup and Studio, as rented if rearranging any tables or furniture for their event.

Yes, you can bring in outside entertainment and your music choice. Adherence to local noise regulations is mandatory. Guests must reasonably maintain music and amplified sound, ceasing all such activities after 9:00 PM.

Studio 4980 is not handicap accessible at this time. To access it, you must use three stairs.

Our AV setup includes Bluetooth speakers and fast and free Wi-Fi.

Parking for approximately 15 vehicles is provided. Event organizers are encouraged to park at the back close to the event studio entrance, allowing for a two-car parking setup. Guests are encouraged to carpool or ride together to maximize available parking. Additional parking for up to 25 vehicles is available at Quest Vineyard Church, 4877 Central College Rd, Westerville, OH 43081, directly across from the event venue.

Yes, there are restroom facilities located on the main floor of the Studio.

Yes, Studio 4980 is AC/climate controlled.

The 2nd floor of the historical building we occupy is used for photography and Airbnb studio on the days we do not have scheduled events. Please inquire about pricing and availability here.

Yes, we provide tables and chairs for up to 90 guests and can add a few extras, as needed, with an advanced notice.

We offer packages for 3, 4, or 5-hour studio rentals, and you can customize your event package to fit your needs. Our basic package includes tables and chairs only, while you get party dishes, photo prompts, and extended event time with the other two packages.

During our busy season, we offer two main event windows on the weekends: 10-2 and 4-8. If interested in a 12-5 timeframe, we suggest booking a 5-hour package and inquiring about availability.

Guests are welcome to bring their decorations, such as banners, balloons, and safe-to-use wall tape.

For an additional fee, we can add a Party Supplies Set-210 Pieces of White and Gold Dot Paper Plates, Cups, Napkins, and Heavy-Duty Silverware for your guests. Guests are generally responsible for bringing party plates, dishes, cups, napkins, and utensils. Studio 4980’s white plate chargers can be used upon request.

Booking with us is easy- just text “Event” to 614.545.8773 for a virtual tour and to check for current promotions. Within one minute or less, you can secure your event with a $100 deposit applied in full toward your chosen package directly on your mobile device.

Payments are due in full 60 days before your event. We accept Apple Pay, ACH, and all major credit and debit cards and require a credit card on file for the event organizer.

Please inquire with us directly if you would like to add any additional amenities to your package for an additional fee.

The event organizer must sign a release of liability form at least seven days before the event. The rules and regulations, including liability release, apply to all event guests and visitors.
The party organizer’s responsibility is to inform all guests about the rules and regulations and ensure that each guest is aware that the organizer has signed a release of liability on their behalf.
